LCF is seeking a part-time administrative officer to work 21hrs per week, to include Thursdays and Fridays, starting as soon as possible until December 2011 (possible extension to end March 2012).
Responsibilities include usual admin support such answering enquiries via ‘phone and email, liaison with suppliers, maintaining records and systems, data entry, note taking and organising and servicing meetings. In addition there will be some small event organising; sourcing and booking venues, refreshments, taking bookings, coordinating papers etc.
Salary is £21,752 pa. pro rata.(inclusive of ILW)
